Sanitary & Hydraulic Division
This division is responsible for the design and execution of water related works. In charge of the design, construction, operation and management of these works.

General Management
Responsible of leading the strategic management across the Company by directing and coordinating all different divisions in order to ensure profitability, competitiveness, sustainability and the Company’s business continuity.

Communications
Responsible of managing effectively and positively information as well as handling it in such a way that all messages are delivered in a clear and direct tone. This area protects and manages the firm corporate identity and brings into alignment all communication processes.

Legal
This area is responsible of providing in-house legal counseling in corporate and administrative matters by means of legal rulings, reports, legal opinions, and customary civil and commercial electrical contracts or agreements that are needed for our projects smooth development. This area also provides support throughout the whole process of call bidding to contract Electric Transmission Lines and Substations. It also procures counseling in regulatory and compliance matters as well as in all public call bidding processes for energy blocks and for the expansion of transmission systems.

Electrical Engineering Division
This division is responsible for the development of studies and technical advice in relation to regulatory and compliance matters and for the analysis of generation, transmission and distribution segments as much as for regulatory agencies, public and private companies as well as for national and international organizations.

Development & Project Division
This division is responsible of providing comprehensive counseling to our customers at each stage of the course of life of a given project including technical, legal, commercial and economic feasibility of a project. Particularly, we develop Conceptual Engineering assignments, Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering for Transmission Lines and Substations. We carry out due diligence processes for acquiring and selling assets, technical audits to validate progress during the construction phase of Electric Generation and Transmission projects, and we also execute the complete bidding process for our customers, starting from the definition of the administrative, technical, and special rules, bid submission review, bid selection and final adjudication.
